Talent over transfers
We would rather develop a nineteen-year-old from Tromsø for two seasons than rent a finished player for one. Every division runs an academy feed. Seven of our nineteen current athletes came through it.
Health is performance
Mandatory rest days, a full-time sports psychologist, cooked meals, and hard caps on scrim hours. Burnt-out players do not win playoffs, and the ones who do burn out do not stay.
The north is not a feeder

Sixteen desks on the second floor of The Keep, in the same building as the main rosters — not a satellite programme in another city. Nordic residents aged 16–21, all four titles, salaried from day one with housing included. Every application is read by the head coach of that division rather than a recruiter.
Every contract carries a guaranteed exit clause. If a tier-one org comes calling and it is the right move for the player, they go with our blessing and a transfer fee that funds the next intake.

Seven years, eleven trophies
From a rented Nydalen office with a whiteboard team sheet to four divisions and a purpose-built facility. The whiteboard is still on the wall.

Six players, one basement
Knights of North is founded in a rented Nydalen office with a single CS division, a borrowed logo and no sponsor. The first team sheet is written on a whiteboard that still hangs in The Keep.
- 2020Silverware
First silver
The CS roster takes the Nordic Circuit Winter title in a 2–1 reverse sweep, delivering the org its first trophy fourteen months after founding.
- 2021Expansion
The Valorant gamble
Rather than buying an established roster, KON builds one from Nordic amateur talent. Analysts call it naive. It reaches a regional final within two splits.

Back-to-back north
Northern Cup champions in spring, defended in autumn — the first org to hold both in a single calendar year.
- 2023Expansion
League division founded
KON enters the League of Legends ecosystem and reaches an EU Masters semifinal in its debut season, with four of five starters Nordic-born.

Nordic Masters, twice
Two divisions lift Nordic Masters trophies eleven days apart. The org ends the year ranked top-twenty in Europe across three titles.
